Facebook business "ratings"-how to view

I continually get notification of new ratings on my business Facebook page. However I cannot find where to view them. The only thing I find close is the "reviews" where someone selected how many stars. And it only shows 4 reviews from ppl selecting how many stars but I have gotten at least a couple of dozen "your page has received # new ratings" notifications. Where are these ratings???

We don't sell anything on Facebook or the marketplace. I don't think ratings & reviews are the same. If they are why am I getting notifications of lots but only see 4?
