Facebook not loading

Hello,
I am using a broadband Cricket device, Windows 7 and Mozilla Firefox. I also have Kaspersky installed. Facebook will not load at all, this started two weeks ago. Nothing has changed meaning I have not added or deleted programs etc. I have run Malewarebytes in addition to Kaspersky and have no virus. I have disabled all firewalls..still will not load the page. I have tried with Internet Explorer and Opera as well as Chrome. Facebook will not load at all. I get time out messages. All other websites load without a hitch. Help please.

Go to run->"cmd" and enter "ping www.facebook.com". See if you get a response. This will help isolate the issue.

Try Google Chrome for your Facebook. If you found same problem then you take help from Google Chrome Technical Support team at any time
