Factory reset a L305-S5900

I am trying to do a factory reset on a Toshiba Satellite Laptop L305-S5900 that was given to me without any of the admin passwords or recovery/restore/reset discs... How do I get it to do an absolute out of the box factory reset without having any of the previous things mentioned?
