Finding a motherboard

I'm in a bit of a bind, as my laptop motherboard is totally dead. I have a Clevo W170HR, which uses the W150HR board. Financially speaking, I cannot afford a new PC of any level and the only way I can see out of this is a new motherboard (or maybe getting it fixed?). I haven't been able to find one online at all, and calling Sager proved fruitless as they can't sell motherboards. Is there any hope for me? A few things about the board:

CPU is *not* soldered into the board
GPU is soldered into the board

The problem isn't with boot, it's with power. For some reason or another, it will not take a charge, and none of the power indicator lights come on.

The adapter is an exact copy replacement. The board is pretty much shot, and the repair shop I brought it to said they can't do anything. I don't know if there is any service that can fix it or even replace it, though.

You can replace the motherboard, it will be the easiest way to deal with the problem. But you have to be sure the problem is from the motherboard.
