Finding the right laptop

I'm looking for a laptop with:
-Blu-ray writer
-17 inch screen (preferably anti-glare)
-Touch screen
-Core i7 quad core CPU
-Backlit keyboard with number pad
-802.11 b/g/n 2x2 wireless receiver (AC not necessary, but would prefer if available)
-USB 3.0 ports
-HDMI port
-4 GB dedicated graphics card (such as NVidia GEForce GTX 850M)
-Camera
-At least 16 GB RAM (Will downgrade to 8 GB if necessary, but must still be expandable to at least 16 GB
-At least 500 GB HDD (preferably with 2 slots)
-Card reader
-Bluetooth
-$1500 or less
Could anyone please show me a laptop with these specifications? I can't seem to find any in the US - The ASUS N750JK seems to only be available in Canada or other countries, and Amazon and Newegg are refusing to ship internationally.

Lenovo Y70 touch. Just pick up an external Blu-ray writer, the vast majority of laptops no longer include one.

Are you sure there are no other laptops with the specifications I mentioned that include an internal Blu-Ray writer? If not, do you think that if I asked, they would install one? No internal Blu-ray is a dealbreaker for me.
