My screen was black was able to hear message beep n phone ring couldn't see or use phone. Than it dyed n now won't charge or turn on

First I had a black screen could hear message alert and phone ring but had no screen to reply. Now it won't charge or anything plz help thanx. BTW it's a zte n817
