Flash Player constantly crashing in Firefox

Obviously Firefox has issues with Flashplayer 11.3. Right now I'm running without any Flashplayer installed because I'm tired of the continuous crashing.

I cannot seem to find a download for FlashPlayer 10.3, not one that looks legit anyways. I downloaded it from a couple sites but it doesn't say 10.2, just a randomly named executable, so I'm afraid to run it.

Shouldn't I be able to find it on Adobe's site? I can't, just links me to 11.3

Anyone know a legit link for Flash player 10.3?
