Flashing Caps Lock

Hello everyone,

So I tried turning on my Laptop today but got a flash of white screen then blank. Cant get into BIOS or anything, just blank black screen with power on.

Dont hear the fan or anything, plus the caps lock button flashes.

Any ideas?

Tried hard reset and nothing. Tried removing and substituting between my 2 RAM slots and nothing.

Also plugged in through wall outlet instead of battery and also nothing.

Im stomped

Motherboard issue perhaps?

Please help
