flickering problem in sony 4k camcorder fdr axp35

Recently i have purchased the Sony 4k fdr axp35 camcorder.i have noticed that some shots taken in bright daylight gets in some areas (like trees) flickering.
Is it normal?

Did a search to see what I could find and came up with nothing. Were you shooting in auto or manual mode? Not sure it would make a difference but have you tried, in bright daylight situations, to use a neutral density filter?
