Flickering textures/shadows in games! Please help!!!

Hi, i have a problem with flickering shadows/textures in every game...tried to reinstall drivers etc...nothing helped.
It's same problem as this one:

My specs: I5 3210, gt640m, 6gb ram...
A lot of people have it too, and no one can fix this...damn pls help :c
I just hope its not a hw problem, just something with sw..

Hi, I have exact same issue with Asus 650 Ti boost, tried on different pc same shit. Everything began when I changed from Vapor-x HD 7770 to 650 Ti boost, on Ati card I had nothing of the kind.Still desperately searching for solution, but unfortunately it seems no one really knows what causes this and how to fix it if any.

yea, but i have seen a person with same problem and he changed 3x graphics cards and still have the problem...really dont know where is a problem..

First, go to the nVidia control panel and force vsync on. Make sure you're maxing out at 60fps.

Tried vsync-on, off,adaptive all the same. I can't max out at 60 fps in every game but tried lowering graphics, the issue persists.

I see. By "max them out", I meant tone them down to 60fps. But if you have some games that don't hit that mark, I doubt vsync is the problem. I don't know what the problem is. Sorry.
