Forgot my acer erecovery password

what do i do to restore my computer to factory default? i forgot my erecovery password... cant remember if i set the password or the store i bought my computer from set it... the hint is g

Only you will know what the hint is supposed to mean.

Anyway, you can torrent an OEM version of your windows disk and use the key on the bottom of your notebook to reinstall windows. This will require you to download your own drivers (and you will lose all of your data), but that's the price you pay. You can plug your hard disk into another computer to save the data if you wish.
