Found a problem when format laptop

I had try to format my laptop (Acer Aspire 4750z) with a bootable pen drive and windows 10. After I delete all the partition and create a new partition, my windows setup was start. Here the problem, my windows setup is too slow when installing windows, it has took about 12 hours and the windows 10 install haven't done. What is happen and how can i do or is that meaning some of the hard drive inside the laptop is broken?

ran into that with a customer & confirmed it when had no issue at all when using another hard drive.is not a windows issue as same problem with win 8, 8.1 & 10, the problem was the drive itself.
