This is the model http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/NX.MMLAA.006

So i play a lot of world of warcraft and unplugged i get around 35-50fps but when i plug it in i get 7-15 fps..... now I've gone threw my power settings, system settings, my graphics card settings, everything and i still get the same result. i'm not getting any heating issues. i restarted the game after i plugged it in. and yes i know laptops are not meant to play games, well this one does just fine... but on the battery.... idk what to do. i have tried all i can think of.

I'd check your power settings.
I had a smiliar issue on my laptop, it's not a gaming laptop... but it should have the same type of settings.

There were settings that controlled (short version here) how much % of the computers "power" was used on battery vs plugged in.

where would that be located at? all i've messed with is the Power Plan. and set it the exact same, both as high performance. and still the same results.
