For UK & Europe: http/www.toshiba.co.uk/innovation/generic/laptops-recovery-media-services/ For America: https/www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/serviceUnitVerification.jsp There is no legal way to download the recovery discs' contents for free.
