Free toshiba recovery cd download L305-S5955

I have a Toshiba L305-S5955 from my nephew and I had to replace the hard drive. Now it says I need a boot disk. I don't have one and I need help on where to get one or how can I fix it?

Depending on it's age (has to have been made after January 2007) you can order Recovery Media from Toshiba, but they are not free (around £30 in UK).

There is no legal way to download the recovery discs' contents for free.
