Friend. Malware. Help

Hi, my friend downloaded multiple programs while I was sleeping and I now have a bunch of malware stopping me from using the computer. Theres a big "your pc ran into a problem" . It also disabled task manager by the group policy. Any way I can take it out of the system? Do i use a usb drive or something? Would really appreciate your help guys. Thanks
