Front doesn't work

Hello! I have a Dell XPS laptop and Windows 10 and my headphones used to work. Now, when I plug them in, I don't get a notice form the computer that the headphones are plugged in like I used to. When I play things, sounds just plays from the speakers.Please help!

I have updated all drivers and configured all I could.

Sounds like your laptop's jack is broke.
Have you tried different headphones?
Have you tried these headphones in another device?
