Frozen galaxy tab 3

Screen is frozen and holding power button won't bring up boot menu, how can I restart it?

Already did, I researched how to fix it andalready tried that I thought maybe somebody else might know something I don't also its frozen on its frozen on the login screen the only buttons that turn off and on the screen is power button in the middle button down at the bottom

Try power and volume down.
