I'm positive this has been asked once before, but to save time and the effort to search through almost 5300 posts, I'll ask again.
At what screen size does it seem pointless to buy a HDTV that is able to support 1080p?
I was considering a 22' TV, but have ultimately decided to eventually buy 32' or 37' HDTV. I've seen many 32' televisions that vary between 720p and 1080p, but for the sake of knowledge, is it pointless to buy a 22' that supports 1080p?

They're rear, but they do sell them.

They even sell monitors 22' that support 1080p.

But I mainly concerned with whether or not <32' 1080p screens would be any good, including computer monitors. Or if it was just companies looking to make a fast buck off of ignorant customers who, unlike me, aren't doing any research before they buy.
