Question G14 stuck in a throttle state with maxed fans

I am having some serious problems with my laptop. My laptop is suddenly stuck in a state where fans are at maxed RPM all the time, my cpu is downclocked to 400mhz and the bios is showing 110c even though my real temps are below 40c (according to hwinfo) and the laptop is very cool. The laptop is extremely slow and borderline unusable. The problem appeared out of nowhere during work. I have tried reinstalling drivers and the bios without any luck. Any tips?
