G6 Pavilion HP laptop getting hot

Hello. My g6 HP Pavilion laptop gets really hot even when I am just using the internet.

My father and I used thermal paste on the CPU, but it still overheats. (and we cleaned it.)

AMD A6-3420M
RADEON HD 6520G
4GB RAM

Inside it looks like there has been a fire.

Well in that case it needs disposing of responsibly, and replacing with a new one.
You shouldn't even be using it in that condition.

'My father and I used thermal paste on the CPU'. Did you clean the fan and heatsink at the same time. Is the fan working correctly? It should jump to high speed at about 70 C.
