Looking at the G752 with a 970m and skylake, was about to get it. But then I saw they lowered the price on there G751 with a 980m, But it has a 4720 instead of skylake. But is even cheaper..

Both have g sync.

Opinions on which to get??

CPUs won't be that much differentt, if you game at all, the 980 might be a preferred choice - out of box life will be about the same. I look to laptops for a 2-3 year lifetime, since not really expandable. Either is a good choice. Probably not a lot of help :( sorry

btw the 6700HQ is more powerful than the 4720HQ (just look here: http://www.notebookcheck.net/Skylake-for-Notebooks-Core-i7-6700HQ-and-i7-6820HK-Review.150864.0.html), but even with the 980m the processor is in no way a bottleneck for gaming.

Now the choice between the 751 and 752 is really just do you prefer the smaller form factor, newer design over the older more powerful laptop? that is up to you to decide. I would personally go with the 751 but u choose what fits you.
