My galaxy s3problem for
when I call he said insert the sim cant access mibile network what we do

You'll probably need to contact the phone company. It's possible that the phone doesn't support their network (though unlikely), or that the IMEI is blacklisted, or something else.

Propably You Missed you're IMEI Number while u are rooting the phone, u have to get the IMEI S3 File and Flash it Directly to the phone
