Galaxy S4 Reaching 60C ...

So me and my grandmother both got a S4.. turned them on today.. After some use it started to get warm.. and now in calls.. or even just browsing facebook.. Im seeing 50C - 60C ... I cant even put my ear up to the phone because its so hot and uncomfortable.. I know this is because the Quadcore is up by the ear but is there anything I can do to lower the temps? this is just insane........-

Change your battery. It could be because of a faulty battery.
