game shuts down

i have been playing games on my laptop my laptop is Asus Rog Gl552VW gtx960m 4gvram i7 6700hq 8g ddr4ram and power is plugged in for better performence. when i play witcher3 after like 10minutes game shuts down and my home screen goes black but windows button works and i can restart my laptop but i cant play games on my bloody gaming laptop anyone wanna help me?

I think either the CPU or the GPU is overheating.

Use a toothbrush and some compressed air to clean the inlet and fan ... and install a temperature monitoring program like CPUID or HWMonitor to see what is going on with the temps ... have it running while gaming thn alt tab to check the temps.

This is overheating most likely. Try clean up dust. I would recommend air cans.
