Games/Programs always crashes on a gaming laptop

So I just got my laptop back from repair. (They replaced the lcd). After a week, I noticed some programs like Steam, Opera,Discord and even my Antivirus would crash/suddenly wont respond and have to close it. First thing i did was scan for viruses using windows defender. but it would say "Scan couldn't be completed" everytime i try. I noticed that when I turn it on, It automatically turns off after a while.

Most of my games are also crashing. DotA 2 especially. it's really unplayable. It crashes on main menu, finding a match, hero picking and more.

Laptop model is MSI apache pro ge62 qf
Graphics are Nvidia geforce 970m 4gb
I have Windows 10.
8gb of RAM

I'd have the shop that fixed it look at it again, maybe the heatsink or some other component was not seated properly.
