Games running very slow?

I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 17 5755 with an AMD A8 APU with an integrated Radeon R5 GPU for college. Before I bought this laptop, I looked online for gameplay of games with this specific APU and it didn't look too shabby. All I really wanted to be able to play was Dota 2 and I saw people playing battlefield 4 and stuff. I was disappointed, however, to discover that it ould only run Dota 2 at very low FPS even at the lowest settings. I installed all of the latest drivers. The program speccy says I have 512MB of dedicated VRAM and Dota only requires 64MB. I don't understand why the FPS is so low, any suggestions?

If the Laptop is under warranty please return it i suspect a bad motherboard Xd
