For this price it must cover the cost of the monitor also and window 8.1. For this build i would like it to run any game at medium setting, such as battlefield 4 tittan fall etc. In this Build I will also use it for video editing.

Intel Core i5 is generally better in gaming and its perfomance per core is also better than AMD.
