Gaming Computer For YT?

I need to get a good gaming computer for recording and video editing. The games I am hoping to play while recording are...
Minecraft
Gmod
ARMA 3
Modded Skyrim(no ENBs or texture mods)
Battlefield Hardline
And lots of other miscellaneous steam games
I don't need to run them on ultra but I would like to get at least 30 FPS while using ACTION to record. Thanks!
PS-I will be upgrading the graphics card to a Radeon R9 270X.

Once you upgrade it (I recommend the R9 280 over the R9 270X), assuming, of course, that the PC's PSU can handle a graphics card upgrade, you will be able to play the games and possibly record them. Otherwise, you won't get far with Intel Integrated Graphics.
