Gaming Laptop <£1000

Hi, my friend is looking for a new gaming laptop to buy and whilst I know that a lot of you don't recommend buying gaming laptops, I just want suggestions for the best gaming laptops under £1000.

Something which is: reliable, powerful, good battery life, good RAM and Memory and customer support.

I know I'm not being specific to how good it should be but that's the problem, I don't really know what seems reasonable for just under or equal to a grand.

I would recommend getting an Alienware laptop. My cousin used to own one for casual gaming. The specs (power, ram, memory) will obviously depend on the model you choose. Dell also has 24 hour support. (Alienware is a subsidiary of dell) I wouldn't recommend the cheapest model though.

I would recommend looking at pc specilist and ordering a laptop from them.
