I was looking for a new laptop for gaming and graphic designing purposes. I was thinking of buying asus x550jk-dm132h. Kindly let me know if its a good choice and also tell me some alternatives to this one at this price range!

That laptop is a decent one. But i doubt the performance of 850. If you could stretch your budget (laptop are one time investment, go for the best), go for this one -

Totally depends on your requirements though. If your a hardcore gamer, will be playing recent games in mid/high settings @ 1080p i'd suggest you to go for GTX 860 over 850.
