Gaming Laptop: Forget the give and take... I want it ALL!

Looking for a gaming laptop w/
i7 (at least 3 ghz quad core)
GTX970 graphics (at minimum!)
17" 4k display
multiple mSata / SSD (raid 0 performance)
32gb ddr3
slot loaded bluray


Certain things should be taken for granted including:
Wireless AC networking, multiple USB3.0/2.0, Bluetooth, illuminated keyboard, etc

Things that would be nice, but don't necessarily matter:
active 3d / touchscreen
Battery life
weight

I would like to stay under $4500, but I realize this may not be possible...

dell was the first manufacturer i looked at... all have 16gb MAX memory and no options for multiple (edit: internal) storage devices.
