Scam and/or hacked account.
Buy it, and there are two outcomes:
1. You get your money back after a while
2. You don't get your money back.
Im just curious how do you think, someone could just get away with that? Will ebay be able to refund all of that money to everyone who bought it from him, or will it end up being a case of fraud and lawsuit with FBI eventually knocking on his door?
If you click on "Buy", in a day or two you'd get a message like this, from ebay:
