I travel alot so you guys think i'm getting a good deal on this laptop? $900 for Alienware 17 R3 i7-6700HQ CPU, 980m, 32GB RAM, 1TB HDD (no ssd)?

or spend extra money I don't really want to for a 1060m laptop??
cheapest i've been able to find with a 1060m is around $1400 after taxes.

I want to play DOTA2, Battlefield 1, Overwatch.

That will depend on what you want to do with it. And, if gaming, what the most demanding game you have in mind is.

Can you include the make and model of each of those machines? What you put is not enough.

The 1060 is the best if gaming is a priority. The 980m is good if you can afford it as it is much stronger than the 970m,
