I am in need of a new laptop and I am on a somewhat tight budget. I need something that can play all (or at least most) of the games I own. With this in mind I found these Computers:

lenovo IdeaPad Y560p (43972AU) NoteBook Intel Core i7 2630QM(2.00GHz) 15.6" 4GB Memory DDR3 1333 500GB HDD 5400rpm DVD±R/RW AMD Radeon HD 6570M

ASUS A53 Series A53SV-XN1 Notebook Intel Core i5 2410M(2.30GHz) 15.6" 6GB Memory DDR3 1333 750GB HDD 7200rpm DVD Super Multi NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834230089

Acer Aspire AS5750G-9639 Notebook Intel Core i7 2630QM(2.00GHz) 15.6" 4GB Memory 500GB HDD 5400rpm DVD Super Multi NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M

And Here is the template filled out for the laptop buying

1. What is your budget? Under 800, But I can go a little bit higher is necessary.

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering? Around 15 inches or so.

3. What screen resolution do you want? 1366 x 768 and above

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop? Either, But Portable would be better.

5. How much battery life do you need? It doesn't really matter.

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

Yes I will play games. Games like Shogun 2 Total War, Dragon Age Origins, Maybe MW3 (And others but those are the most GPU taxing). Medium to High, But if I have to, Low is okay.

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.) Web Browsing, Writing Papers, Video Chatting.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need? Anything above 300 gb

9. If you are considering specific sites to buy from, please post their links. Newegg (As said before)

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop? 3-4 Years

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ? DVD Rom/ Writer

12. Please tell us about the brands that you prefer to buy from them and the brands that you don't like and explain the reasons. I don't have that much of a preference but I have heard that ASUS is good and that Dell is overpriced. I don't like Lenevo due to the fact that they use slow hard drives.

13. What country do you live in? USA

14. Please tell us any additional information if needed.
I can't buy or get anything repaired locally. There are no Computers stores near me.

Thanks in Advance!

I would go for the Acer honestly then. The 2630qm i7 has double the passmark performance of the i5 on the Asus. With only a GT540m, you won't notice the difference between 4gb and 6gb of ram. And you can upgrade the HDD to a 7200rpm for cheap, or get a SSD. The 540m I would choose over the Lenovo's 6570m because the Acer I'm fairly sure has optimus support, so better battery life.

One final thing before I shut up and select a best answer: Since the Acer is only using DDR3 1066 can I upgrade to higher frequency RAM? Also, Where are the solid state drives for the Laptops?

Thanks

EDIT: On second thought, Is anything From XoticPC or CyberPC any good? Those both have cheaper models

SSD's for laptops are just under SSD on the harddrive section of newegg. Just make sure you get a 2.5" SSD. It should fit, and it uses SATA so you should be fine. There are plenty of resources online to check that aswell. And about the memory, motherboards these days are very compliant and will take decent ranges of frequencies. I don't know this for sure, and myself, I would just use the 1066, you probably won't even notice the slightest difference between that and a higher frequency anyway. It's a lot faster than what's in my computer and my computer is lightning fast anyway, haha.
