there is link and i would really like to know if this computer is able to run games like
LoL, BF4, CS:GO, ARK on about 60 FPS

It can run LoL and CS:GO at high settings and exceed your 60FPS needs, but BF4 and ARK would need to be at lower settings to hit 60FPS. That's truly a good deal if it's only $560 for a new one wherever you found that, and I would recommend not lollygagging and jump on it.
