will a amd a4 5300 apu (only using it for the cpu) with a gigabyte geforce gtx 660 run titanfall at high settings with good fps?

The CPU should be fine. The GPU will be able to play titanfall but you may not get high fps on high settings. Also 4gb ram is needed

well i want to be very sure so heres the link to the apu because i heard cpu dosent really impact gaming but then i keep hearing cpu is a big impact so i really want to be sure this apus cpu is enough to run some next gen and old gen games http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113283

The CPU does effect gaming yes. That isn't a bad CPU for gaming though, it'll support games for a few years. You will have to downgrade your quality settings in games as time goes on though due to the GPU
