Get both the speakers and "inline" microphone to work on my desktop. (Sony MDR-ZX660AP)

I have these headphones that I recently realized have a microphone built in to the cable (obviously designed for a phone).

When I plug them in to my PC the Realtek audio managed asks me what I want to load, the mic OR the speakers..

Is there any way I can load both? Just curious.

You will need a splitter specifically designed to convert it to 2 audio headers, one for speakers and one for microphone, and plug those in.
