Get my phone working again

Hello, can someone HELP ME PLEASE, I stupidly pulled my SD Card out of my phone while it was still on :and now loads of my important apps are still showing, but have a red cross next to them and have turned blue and also become redundant, help pls before i smash my phone up,
My phone is a SONY ERICSON L1
