Get phone number on iPad

I was wondering how to find out the phone number for my iPad Air 2. My daughter would like to use it but doesn’t have a phone or number. ( she’s not getting a phone )

You can't just use the iPad as a phone, you either need to link it to an existing iPhone or use a IP calling service like Skype or Google Voice. https/itunes.apple.com/us/app/google-voice/id318698524?mt=8
