Dell Inspiron 5555
Processor: AMD A8-7410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics (4 Cpus, ~2.2Ghz)

I'd like to have some suggestions about how I can replace this and with what, I'll probably take it to the nearest technician to get it placed in. I know its a pretty tedious task (I don't know if impossible)
which is why I'm asking. Is there any way I can replace this computers Processor/Gpu with something better to possibly run a game that has these minimum requirements:

Most laptop CPUs are soldered in, and as such are not end-user replaceable. There is also the fact that a higher performance CPU, even if you could replace your old one, would require a more capable cooling solution, as well as affecting battery life.
