Hello.
I got this problem recently with my laptop. Asus rog g750j
Cpu: I7 4700HQ
Gpu:gtx 870m 3Gb
Ram:24Gb
OS:Windows 10

Recently ,every time i start my computer, my gpu starts throttling it's fan at the highest speed and in a matter of minutes just browsing on the internet the gpu heats as if i was rolling crysis 3 on ultra(the temperature reaches 70-90 degrees and won't go down). Also with this all my games started dropping in FPS:Witcher 3 which i used to play it with some medium-high setting at almost 30 fps runs now at 14-20 and even turning the graphics down to a low-medium(and a bit of high) keeps the fps at 24.
Please i need help!
Thank you in advance!

The 870m runs hot in most laptops so it's not uncommon to see it hit 90c while gaming. Clean the dust within laptop and reapplying thermal (if possible) would be the best advice I can give you.
