Solved! Give me a laptop that can play the witcher 2 in medium to high settings

Hi folks I'm a little new at the pc gaming scene and I really wanted to start playing some of these great titles for example (The witcher 2, crysis 2, starcraft 2 and etc. However, since I am a newb at this I rather find a prebuilt laptop, price range is 800 dollars.

ya sorry thats going to be tough . the games you want to play would be better suited on a desk top at your price point\
laptop maybe if you doubled your spending limit

The IdeaPad Y570 notebook should do the job.

I have the smaller 14" IdeaPad Y470 which has the nVidia GeForce GT 550M. I tested Crysis 1 at medium settings with frame rate that typically ranges between about 35 - 44 FPS in the 2nd chapter of the game "Relic". I believe frame rates dipped as low s 29 FPS and peaked at about 50 FPS.

Crysis 2 is not as demanding as Crysis 1 unless you decide to install the DX11 and high resolution texture patches. In that case I would recommend a desktop gaming PC.
