Gmail sometimes very slow or not working.

Sometimes when i open gmail the start page opens but if i want to open an email it keeps loading.
How can i solve this? Or is this a problem on the side of google.
Sorry if my english isn't good.
specs:
processor: i7-4790k (4.0ghz)
ram: 16 gb ddr3 (2400mhz)
graphic card: geforce gtx 970
and i'm working with an ssd (samsung).

Clear your browser of cookies and try again.Also delete any search engines you do not use.
Run Ccleaner and see how the machine performs.

I've made a clean install of windows and i've also deleted all my past browser activity.
