Going in sleep mode again and again

Hey friends please help me! I have dell Inspiron 5050 with 4gb ram and intel core i3 with windows 7 the problem is it’s going in sleep mode.

I know it’s not big deal to going in sleep mode but it’s going again and again in just one or two seconds but some time it work fine!!
When it go on sleep mode and I press power button again it go in sleep mode.

I turn off sleep mode in settings but it didn’t worked that remains same
Please please help!!!

If the issue cropped up recently then it might be due to a recently added software or it seems like your OS might be corrupt, Have you tried backing up your contents and reinstalling your OS? Are you on the latest BIOS update for your laptop?
