Good DSLR camera that can double as a video camera?

Hi, I'm looking for a DSLR camera that can also put out good quality videos so I'm here asking for suggestions. Thanks!

Do you have a budget range? If yes, what is the most you are willing to spend? Does that budget includes lenses and accessories?

Somewhere between 1,000-1,500. If possible, I'd like to have a few lenses too.

You could consider the Nikon D5200 or the Nikon D5300. If you get the body only then you could add the lenses of your choice.
