Good Gaming Laptop for a budget

I have a $700 budget for a new gaming laptop. The main one that I am looking at right now is this one ( http/www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834259735 ). Is this a good one? If you have a suggestion for a different one, please make sure that it has at least 6GB of RAM and an i7 processor, and if possible, a dedicated GPU. The battery life does not matter and the operating system does not matter, but good fans are also a necessity.
