Good PC suddenly very slow (steam and other not working)

Hey, I need your help.
I have a MSI Laptop, he was working well until today.
This morning I boot my PC and then steam was stuck at verifying installation. And I discovered that all the software we're not working and the PC was slow. I would like not factory reset my PC if possible.
I already use the disk repair tool and stuff.
Please help.

You haven't given me a lot to work with.

1) Your specs
2) Have you tried scanning your pc for viruses
3) When was the last time you reinstalled windows
4) Have you installed anything lately that might have caused your pc to slow down

Gtx 880M, i7 4810MQ and 32Gb or RAM DDR3.
No malware or viruses found.
Last reset was 1 month ago (every month in fact)
I found that my SSD was 0% used but my HDD was 100%

When my steam is working the disk usage is insanely low compared to my supposed speed.

(Superstech and Windows Search are disabled)
