good spec laptop but having lag problem

i also have the same problem when playing blackshot sea and i think my laptop should done well with it but it seems having lag when i playing with low setting on game.I also had service my laptop to replace the thermal paste,dust clearing and etc.

laptop spec intel core i7 -4510u 2.0 ghz
nvidia geforce 840M with 2 gb dedicated ram
8gb ddr3 memory
all drivers are up to date

Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics card driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do set Nvidia as the default GPU.

Actually i had done that method and yeah worked well but that before i uptade my laptop driver using driver booster 3.Problem occur after i uptade using this programme.Did something i did wrong when update my driver?
