Google Chrome Always Lagging

For example; when scrolling the page, It lags. When chatting on facebook, It laggs; letters comes after writing everything. There is nothing like this on IE. Since everything which I need on Chrome, I have to use Chrome. Is there any solution for this ? I have tried something I have learned from Youtube videos but nothing seemed to change.

This is not solution by the way. 😛 When I don't use extensions, It still laggs. Furthermore, I need them. 😀
