Google Chrome Can't Add Extension, Apps and Themes

Hi, just recently I got a virus and got rid of it. But Chrome has bee affected and is now clean but I now can't Sync Extensions, Apps and Themes that I had on before this all happened. I'm using the latest version of Chrome. I've already tried uninstalling it and installing it again but that didn't work. I've used that Avast Browser Clean up and the Google Chrome Clean up but they both didn't work. By the the way the only thing that synced was the bookmarks.
